Bunuel, the passage mentions “These changes..., potentially opening us up for subsidies and grants from environmental agencies.”. The environmental agencies might be private or government institutions. How did we infer from this line that the may receive financial support from government agencies? Government agencies is not mentioned in any of the tabs.

To remove any ambiguity, the line has been edited to say "governmental environmental agencies." Thank you!

I don’t quite agree with the solution. Wanted to check, the lst tab suggests that total cost increase is 5K. However it also includes line items like grants and potential sale increase which are not cost items. So I thought (ii) would be true.

$40,000 is indeed 800% of $5,000, but the question asks for how much higher it is. The increase is (40,000-5,000)/5,000 = 700%, not 800%.
