We’re looking for the highest ratio of defective / (defective + accepted). Tuesday has the highest number of defective tires (along with Friday) and the lowest number of accepted tires (along with Wednesday), so it has the highest percentage, which would be: \(\frac{15}{15 + 50} * 100\% = \frac{15}{65} * 100\% \approx 23\%\)
