I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It's frustrating when there's a discrepancy in the name. Since you've already reached out to Examity, GMAT, and Pearson, I'd recommend waiting for their response. They should be able to provide guidance or solutions to ensure you can take your test on Friday. Stay patient and hopeful.
