Hello,
I had just few doubts regarding the documents that I need to keep handy on the exam day. I understand we need an ID proof but how will I upload it? and are there any other documents (photo, signature etc.) that I'll need to present or upload. If yes, how do we go about it?

You can use a driving license or a passport. Your name should be correctly mentioned and it should have your photo and signature.
You will have to click pictures via your phone and upload it on the link which they’ll send you via SMS just after you begin the exam process.

Driving license in punjab dont have photos.
Can adhaar card be a valid id.
(It doesnt have a signature)
