Hi all,
I have recently been accepted into Nova SBE for the MiM and am expecting to get into the IESE MiM as well. However, the deadline to answer to my Nova offer is before the decision release from IESE. Hence, I need to choose now (before the 9th of June).
In your experience/opinion, what school is best for the MiM?
- Is IESE worth giving up my spot at Nova
- Is the CEMS worth it
- What school provides the best work opportunities abroad
- Which is the most fun

Looking forward to reading your comments!!!
Thanks,
Z
Well, First of all, congratulations on scoring both colleges.
Secondly, selecting between these two colleges is almost all about which country you want to work in post-grad.
IESE is mostly known for its MBA, the masters there is definitely not renowned, but IESE does have its World university ranking which Nova lacks,
on other hand, NOVA is a triple-accredited college and is in under top 50 QS and top 20 FT ranking for masters.
While comparing both countries, there is no such difference between the two with Portugal being a smaller country than Spain, so the unemployment level is lower in Portugal, but Portugal has less city exposure as compared to Spain.
Also, Spain has work visa issues, and Nova CEMS Program might not give you a work visa for Portugal, which also you have to make sure of.
Overall, it's a really difficult thing to compare these two.
The thing you can do now is to go through the company and job roles you want to work as post-grad and check which country have those jobs, it will be easy for you to decide on college like that.
But this research must be done ASAP, seeing you don't have time, so might be talking(stalking) to alumni on Linkedin might be helpful.
No matter whatever you end up choosing, make sure to keep post-grad work ease in mind.
Good luck.
