IESE vs ESADE

Hello everyone,
I am in the fortunate position to choose between IESE and ESADE for my Full Time MBA.
I have visited both Campuses and attended a class at each. I really like both schools, however am not yet sure which would suit me better.
My background: Maritime Shipping, Officer on a Cruise Ship, Germany born and aspiring to work in Germany, possibly going into consulting for a few years before taking over maritime family business. Alternative: directly into maritime industry (wind offshore sector, SIEMENS or shipping companies, MAERSK) after MBA. I am interested in startups and would be open to found a business, however that is not my main target.
My key questions I need to solve:
Is ESADE on par with IESE in terms of European Brand recognition, consulting firms on campus and industry ties? Is it easier to land a good job after graduating at IESE or does it not really make a difference?
Is there a quality difference between the schools in what students learn and how they are perceived later by recruiters?
The first year at IESE seems to be really really tough, how is that at ESADE?
ESADE seems to be really great in team spirit and overall student happyness, how does IESE compare? Do you feel the competitiveness? Is it tougher?
I want the best education and am willing to work for it, so the post-graduation possibilities are important.
Which school could you recommend me?
Kind regards,
