Congratulations!
Sorry for the silly question 😇 you knew about it when you’re applying, right?
If you’re applying to the YTP, you have to attend the Boot Camp even though it’s only three days. It’s a mandatory part of the program and it’s a great opportunity to see the school where you potentially will spend two years later on and to get the experience though of course you’ll get the exciting and high energy experience and an orchestrated one. Which is nice.
If you don’t attend, you waive your opportunity to get the different offer… but it gets more serious than this actually, after you go through the experience and you go to Barcelona, you will get either an acceptance or rejection and if you are successful, the acceptance will most likely come with a deposit requirement so you’ll have to make a deposit of 5 or 10k to hold your spot in the MBA program starting in a few years. If you’re not planning to make a deposit and you’re not planning to attend at the end, it’s probably not worth going to the event.
PS. I actually don’t know the YTP deposit amount but the full-time program deposit is only 3k euro... but then there’s a second fee of 7000. I’m not sure about the mound you’ll have to pay but it will be at least 3000
