Percent of Commission to Sales = 0.2/1000*100 =>0.02

Hence answer will be (C) 0.02

==>0.2/1,000=2/10,000=0.0002=0.02%. That is because %=1/100.

Part/Whole= Percent/100

0.2/1000=Percent/100

Percent=0.2 *100/1000 = 0.02

$$\frac{0.2}{1000}$$ $$[*]$$100 = 0.2 $$[*]$$ $$\frac{100}{1000}$$ = 0.2 $$[*]$$$$\frac{1}{10}$$ =0.02

0.2/1000 = 0.2*10^-3 = 0.0002
To convert a decimal to a percentage, move the decimal point two positions to the right (or multiply by 100)
= 0.02%
