This is a Manhattan Prep problem, and their answer is x≥3 AND x ≤ -3.
I am confused around "and" vs. "or" for inequalities. Why wouldn't the answer be x≥3 OR x ≤ -3.

Can you post the question as well. The inequality sign is not retained well when the question is posted in the title. Also, would recommend that you check if the question is already posted in the quant forum, if not if possible post it in there along with the options.
