If 20 Swiss Francs is enough to buy 9 notebooks and 3 pencils, is 40 Swiss Francs enough to buy 12 notebooks and 12 pencils?

(1) 20 Swiss Francs is enough to buy 7 notebooks and 5 pencils.
(2) 20 Swiss Francs is enough to buy 4 notebooks and 8 pencils.

There is discrepancy over the OA....thats why I am not posting the OA. Lets hope we reolve the what the OA is.

20S>=9N+3P
(?) 40S >=12N + 12P

(1) 20S>=7N+5P (Insuf because the number of N is bigger than P)
(2) 20S >=4N+8P

So I'll try to make the number of notebooks equal to that of pencils.
20S >= 9N+3P (the number of notes is 6 more than that of pencils) x2
20S >= 4N+8P (the 4 less ) x3
So
40S >= 18N + 6P
60S >= 12N + 24P

100S >= 30N + 30P
=> 40S >= 12N + 12P
