Take (9x^2-4) common and solve.

The denominator will also become (9x^2-4) and therefore after solving the answer will be -4.

$$a^2-b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)$$

$$\frac{9x^2 - 4}{3x + 2} - \frac{9x^2 - 4}{3x - 2}$$ ==> $$\frac{(3x+2)(3x-2)}{3x + 2} - \frac{(3x+2)(3x-2)}{3x - 2}$$ ==> $$(3x-2)-(3x+2)$$ ==> -4

simplify expression
$$\frac{9x^2 - 4}{3x + 2} - \frac{9x^2 - 4}{3x - 2}$$
we get
3x-2-3x-2 =0
-4
