75 percent of a certain number is 1,200
\(0.75x =1200\)
\(x=\frac{1200}{0.75}=1600\)
10 percent of that number \(= 0.1x = 160\)

(1200/75)*10 = 160.

C is the correct answer.

x= 1200* 100/75
now 10 %

1200 * 100 *10/100 * 75
so x = 160
