If 800 tickets were sold and 4000 dollars was made. Child's tickets equals 3.00 and Adults equals 6.00, how many children’s tickets were sold?

What is the source of this question? Number of children tickets sold is coming out as a fraction.

x + y = 800
3x + 6y = 4000
Solve for x, x = 800/3.
