or \(a^2+5b^2+4ab+9-6b=0\)
\(a^2+b^2+4b^2+4ab+9-6b=0\)
group it
\(a^2+4b^2+4ab+b^2+9-6b=0\)
or
\((a+2b)^{2}+(b-3)^{2}=0\)
now since the sum of two squares is zero
thus each of these must be zero
hence b-3 = 0
thus b= 3
and
a+2b = 0
or a= -2b
a = -6
thus a+b
-6+3 = -3
hence B
