Option E.

Common term is b,

For b=20 say,

a becomes 15 and c is 24

a : b = 3 : 4 and b : c =5 : 6
a : b = 3 : 4
b : c =5 : 6
a : b = 15 : 20
b : c = 20 : 24

The ratio of a : b: c = 15:20: 24(E)
