stat 2 : clearly insuff

stat 1 : we can play it once in 14/2 = 7 mins

1) assuming this means can be run twice in 14 minutes = 7 mins - Sufficient
2) gives us ratio but nothing about timing so - Insufficient

1 is sufficient. 14/2 = 7
2 is insufficient because we can not calculate minutes will it take to run the cartoon
