S1. \(b^a\) = \(\frac{1}{4}\)
Assume a = -1 & b = 4
: b^a = \(4^{-1} = \frac{1}{4}\)
a/b = \(\frac{-1}{4}\)

Assume a = -2 & b = 2
: b^a = \(2^{-2}\) = \(\frac{1}{4}\)
a/b = \(\frac{-2}{2}\) = -1

b = unknown
