To answer the Q, we need two values

1. Value of one of the terms
2. Relationship between two terms

Statement 1 : First Term = 10, Relationship b/w terms : unknown => Not Sufficient

Statement 2: Relationship given, Value of one of the terms: unknown => Not sufficient

Statement 1 + 2 => we know both values => Sufficient => IMO C
