1. x-y > x
2. x-y-x > x-x (Subtracting x from Both the sides)
3. -y > 0
4. y < 0 (Multiplying by -1 both the sides)

So, y needs to be less than 0

Note : Multiplication by -1 in inequalities flips the sign (or in other words, changes the direction of the sign)
