If K and L are positive and l is a single digit what is the value of k?

Answer is C, but how can we find the value of L from statement 1?

1/3 - 1/100 = 3/10L
lcm is 300
(100-3)/300 = 3/10*L
97/300 = 3/10L
L = 97*10/(300*3)
what is K? not given ................. insufficient
St2: K= 3.927L
L is a single digit integer ... so L can be anything 1,2,3,........9
ans with the value of L , the value of K changes.................. ............... insufficient

1/3 - 1/100 = 3/10 L
100-3/300 = 3/10 L
97/300 = 3/10 L
L=97/90 = 97/9 *10 = 1.07777 when rounded to nearest hundredth it becomes 1.08. Hence hundredth digit is 8.
But we don't know value of k . Insufficient.

Together, k=3.927L. We know L from 1 is 8
k=3.29278.
