IMO C

St1 k=1,3
insufficient
St2 k=2,3......
insufficient

combining k=3
sufficient

Would be:
(1)
K={1,2,3}
K^2={1,4,9}<10

(2)
K={2,3}

So even if you use both of them you can't conclude the value of K, could be either 2 or 3.

I) gives value of K as 1,2 and 3
Insufficient

II)gives value as 2,3

Combining give values as 2 and 3
Multiple values so no definite answer so E is aNswer
