For (E)

K = abc

(i) The hundreds digit of (abc + 150) is 4 => a can be either 3 or 2 => insuff

(ii) The tens digit of (abc + 25) is 7 =>

If c is equal or larger than 5 => b = 4
If c is less than 5 => b = 5

=> insuff

(i) & (ii) => a still can be either 3 or 2 => insuff

Hence, (E)

lets say K = ABC

From stmt (i) A => 2 or 3
From stmt (ii) B => 4 or 5

combining both if B = 4 then A is 3
If B = 5 then A is 2

Then also both stmts insufficient tell about A...
my choice - (E)
