If Kim makes a $30,000 down payment on a house, which represents 20% of the sale price of the house, how much money does Kim still owe on the house?

A. $90,000
B. $120,000
C. $140,000
D. $150,000
E. $170,000

let total price be X

30000=(20/100)*X

X=(30000*100)/20=1,50,000

Price of the house=150,000. Downpayment=30,000.Balance=total-downpayment=150,000-30,000=120,000.

B. is the correct choice.
