If M39048458N is divisible by 8 & 11; where M & N are single digit integers? What is the value of M and N respectively?
1) 7, 8
2) 8, 6
3) 6, 4
4) 5, 4

div by 11) sum of odd-placed digits=sum of even-placed digits M+9+4+4+8=3+10+8+5+N
div by 8) 58N is div by 8, N=4
M=3+10+8+5+4-9-4-4-8=5, smth is wrong with 5
excell says that M=6
so, 6 and 4

M39048458N = M * 10^9 + 39048458 * 10 + N
So remainder of 39048458/8 = 2 and remainder of 10/8 = 2
so remainder of 39048458 * 10 = 2*2 = 4
if ( 39048458 * 10 + N) is to be divisible by 8 then N has to be 4
So only choices are (6,4) and (5,4)
I just tried one fo them and divided by 11 and got (6,4)
