Statement 1:

We have both 1. the time work started and ended, 2. the total time to complete 3/4th work. Using this we can calculate the rate of work (i.e. 3/8) and then calculate the time taken to complete 1/4th work (which is 40 mins) using this we know that 1/4th work will take 40 mins from 9.30 --> 10.10 Am
the info mentioned above is sufficient.

Statement 2:

While we do know the rate, we know the time taken. but we dont know when the work started. so we cannot calculate when the work is completed. Insufficient.
