A. 40%
B. 25%
C. 20%
D. 15%
E. 10%

We can create the equation:

0.8F = M

4F/5 = M

For the production to get back to the February level, the March production level needs to multiply by 5/4 (notice that 4F/5 * 5/4 = F). Since 5/4 - 1 = 1/4, it has to increase by 25%.
