stmnt1 - n can be 4 14 24 etc. 11^1 = 1 =>11^2 = 121 =>11^3 = 3=> 11^4 will give ten's digit as 4
we can see that ten's digit in this case i.e. 11^n will be same as value of n. hence insuff
stmnt2 - n can be 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 18.hence insuff
even taking together "n" can have values 4 14 24 etc. so E
