let n = 42
42= 2*3*7
so all will be integer except
n/4

Note: n is divisible by 42. Therefore , n will be divisible by all of the factors of 42.

prime factorization : 42 = 6*7 = 3*2*7.

Option A, B, D is eliminated . 7*2 =14, which is option E. E is also eliminated.

C is the correct answer.
