From my understanding, a CFA is excellent once you are in that field but would something like a Masters in Finance help to break into this career?
I would think so. Master in Financial Engineering also helps if you want to break into the finance area.

I am not from this industry nor I am going into this industry, but I have a friend who is getting the degree from Columbia who got a Goldman internship
