Statement 1:
All sides of ABCD have same length but do they have same angle? Insuff

Statement 2:
All angles have the same measure but do they have the same length? It can be a rectangle. Insuff

Combining 1&2:
ABCD has sides with same angle and lengths. Hence its a square.
