Let us assume r as 2( Since r is greater than 0) , s shall be any negative number as s<0
Hence r*s shall always be less than 0 which is suffice
A alone is suffice
Now let us look at Statement 2 s<r
r will always be positive as given in the statement that it is >0 , so let us assume r as 1 now s is less than r so s can be 0 or any negative number
If s is 0 then rs cannot be less than 0
Now if s is any negative number then rs shall be less than 0
Hence B alone is not suffice
