Yes - that is the answer. Thanks for showing me a different way.
The book had
r/s -1/r =p/s
multiplying by s yields
p=sr/s-s/r which is p=r-s/r
and this is where i get confused they multiply by r/r and get
p=r(r/r)-s/r
p=(r^2-s)/r
how can you only multiply one side by r/r and that to only the numerator. I think I have seen this before but can someone elaborate on the property/rule. Thanks so much.
