Given r,s and t are integers. We need to find whether they are consecutive.

Statement 1: s and t are consecutive prime numbers less than 10. We can have many pairs such as 2,3 or 3,5 or 5,7. INSUFFICIENT

Statement 2: s>r>t

This doesn't provide anymore details whether r,s and t are consecutive. INSUFFICIENT

Combining,

Given that s and t are consecutive primes less than 10 and r is in between s and t, we can have 2 options either 3,4,5 or 5,6,7 where first and last of the triplets are prime with a non-prime integer in between.

Both the triplets are consecutive and hence the answer is YES. SUFFICIENT
