Therefore, r can be > 0
S can be > 0
r + s can be > 0 if both are positive
r + s can be < 0 if both are negative
but r < 0 < s cannot be happening (if r = -2 and s = 2 then r*s = - 4 < 0)
Therefore, r can be > 0

r + s can be > 0 if both are positive

For product rs > 0, r & s must either be both positive or both negative
So, r > 0 is possible
s > 0 is possible
r + s > 0 is possible if, both positive
r + s < 0 is possible if, both negative
BUT r < 0 < s is not possible (if r = -5 and s = 2 then rs = -10 < 0, whereas rs > 0 is given)
So, Option E is not possible.
So, r > 0 is possible
