IMO E

First we dont know the sign of any numbers and also the sequence so I believe the answer should be E

Option E

S = {x,y,z,w}. Range of S ?
To get range, highest element of S & least element of S should be known.

I: x - y > 2. No information about w & z.
Range could be >3 or <3. Insufficient.

II: w - z < 4. No information about x & y
Range could be >3 or <3. Insufficient.

I+II: x - y >2 & w - z <4.
No information about relative values of x & w/z or y & w/z. Insufficient.
