X rounded to nearest hundredth depends on the value of t. Of t is greater than or equal to 5 then we get 0.02 else we get 0.01
1) sum of digits = 1 + t + 5 = t + 6 <10 hence t < 4.sufficient
2) X > 0.0125 so t could be either greater than 5 or less.. insufficient
Hence Option (A) is our answer.

1) t may be 1 or 2 or 3. Hence, X can be rounded to 0.01 no matter which of the 3 values it takes. Sufficient.
2) Values of X may be any value greater than 0.0125, including 0.0126, 0.0166, 0.0145, e.t.c
Hence, when rounded, the hundredth place assumes different values.
