Any number is divisible by 4 if the number formed from the last two digits is divisible by 4.

22,42,52,62,82. Only 52 is divisible by 4. Answer (C).

A number is divisible by 4 only if the last two digits are divisible by 4. Thus, since 52 is divisible by 4, the value of b could be 5.

I just plugged in the answer choices to the possible answer, and divided by 4

A) 22/4 not divisible by 4
B) 42/4 not divisible by 4
C) 52/4 divisible by 4 = 13
D) 62/4 not divisible by 4
E) 82/4 not divisible by 4
