(2x+10)/4 = (2x+20)/6

6(2x+10) = 4(2x+20)

12x+60 = 8x+80

4x = 20

x = 5

Hence option C = 5 is the answer.

$$\frac{2x+10}{4}$$= $$\frac{2x+20}{6}$$ ==> x=5

Simply solve

(10+2x)/4=(20+2x)/6

X=5
