HI..
In very basic terms, h and k are the distance of x axis and y axis from min/max point
$$y = (x - h)^2 + k$$ and the minimum value is at (2,0)
so looking at the sketch we can say h is 2 and k is 0...
so the equation becomes $$y = (x - 2)^2 + 0$$
Now (-3, n) is also on the parabola, so substitute x as -3..
$$y =n= (-3 - 2)^2 + 0=(-5)^2=25$$
