If the figure shown is that of two concentric circles where two radii form the angle labeled x, what is the perimeter of the shaded region?

(1) The radius of the outer circle is twice that of the inner circle.
(2) x = 85 degrees.

Even with both statements taken together, we don't have the radius or any way to find the radius of either circle, to calculate the perimeter of the shaded region.
