Area of rectangle = (2x + 5)(3x - 7)
= 6\(x^2\) - 14x + 15x -35
= 6\(x^2\) + x -35
The value of area will be minimum when x is minimum
x = 3
= 6*9 + 3 - 35
= 22

Area:- (2x+5)(3x-7)=6x^2+x-35
=6x^2+15x-14x-35
=3x(2x+5)-7(2x+5)
=(3x-7)(2x+5)
=least can be when x is least =3
(3*3-7)(2*3+5)
(9-7)(11)
=(2)(11)
=22
