(1) The distance between point A and point C is 10 units.
(2) The distance between A and B is 4 units.

When tangent is drawn from an external point to the circle , the line segments formed are equal in length.

So, CA=CB

St1:- AC=10
Therefore, sufficient.

St2:- AB=4
Insufficient.
