Circumference of circle= Area of Circle
$$\pi$$d= $$\pi$$$$d^2$$/4

So d=4

$$2πr = πr^2$$

$$r = 2$$

So, Diameter = 4, answer will be (C)

We can create the equation:

πr^2 = 2πr

r = 2

So, the diameter = 4.
