336 = 6×7×8
and hence sum = 6+7+8 =>21

Smallest of the answer choice is 20, so we know that the lowest integer should be greater than 5 as 5+6+7 = 18 which is not in choices. Also the lowest integer cannot be 8 or more as 8+9+10 = 27 which is not in one of our choices.
So we now know that lowest integer we are looking is 6 or 7.
Consider 6 as lowest, then we have 6*7*8 = 336, sum = 21
Ans: B
