Questions dealing with even/odd properties can often be solved logically, without explicit calculations.
We'll look for such an answer, a Logical approach.

(1) Without knowledge of the third integer, this is clearly insufficient.
Insufficient.

(2) Similarly to the above, no info on the first integer.
Insufficient.

Combined: From (1) we know that the first and second integers are both even or both odd and from (2) we know that the second and third are both even or both odd.
So, all 3 integers are either even or odd. If they are all even, their sum is even and if they are all odd, their sum is odd.
Insufficient.

(E) is our answer.
