what is the value of n?
(1) The average weight of the n people is 150 pounds.
As average weight of n people is 150 pounds, therefore, there should be 6 people (6*150 = 900)
Hence Sufficient
(2) The person with the greatest weight in the elevator weighs 200 pounds.
This tells us, total weight of n-1 people is 700.
But there is no way to find out how may people are n-1
Hence not sufficient
Hence IMO Ans A
