T=200
S1- T+M=J
J-M=200
Insufficient.

S2- J+M=2T=400
Insufficient.

Combining, we have two equations with 2 unknowns.
Sufficient.

statement 1
tim+moe=john
J-M=200
statement 2
J+M=400

Answer will be C
ie: with both equation, I can solve the question.
