x^2 + 2xy + y^2 = 25
(x+y)^2 = 25
or say
x+y=5
so
(x+y)^3 = 125

\(x^2 + 2xy + y^2 = 25\)

\((x + y)^2 = (5)^2\)

x + y = 5.

we are asked to determine the value of \((x + y)^3\).

\((x + y)^3\)

\((5)^3\)

125.

E is the correct answer.
