from given line info we know that x=-ve and y +ve
so from given options

I. $$xy < 0$$;; true

II. $$x + y < 0$$; not true always

III. $$x - y < 0$$; true always

NOTE :

x is negative

y is positive

I) xy < 0. true.

II) y = 100 and x = -10. x + y>0 in this case. False.

III) x - y<0. It means x<y. Since y is positive and deduced from x, ultimate result is negative. True.
