BrentGMATPrepNow please help. I don’t understand what is question asking.? I choose E because it satisfies x>0

Posted from my mobile device

The question tells us x is a nonzero integer
So, x can be either negative or positive.
When x is positive, all of the statements are true
When x is negative, none of the statements are true

The question asks us to determine what MUST be true.
Since none of the statements are necessarily true, the correct answer is A
